Survival Isn't Living Workshop
Moving beyond survival mode and creating a life rooted in healing, resilience, and hope
Service Description
Many people spend so much time meeting expectations and caring for others that they lose sight of themselves. Grounded in Erik Erikson's stages of psychosocial development and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this workshop explores how unmet needs, the developmental challenges of young and middle adulthood, and the many roles we carry can contribute to chronic stress, burnout, and disconnection. Through engaging discussions, guided worksheets, journaling, and self-reflection, participants gain a deeper understanding of how these experiences influence their well-being while learning practical strategies to establish healthier boundaries, reduce burnout, reconnect with themselves, and create a more balanced, meaningful life. Perfect For: Colleges • Community organizations • Young adults • Workplace wellness programs • Nonprofits • Anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode
